Mr. Rubin, is a nationally renowned trial and appellate attorney. Mr Rubin was born in Detroit Michigan in 1966 and was raised in Southfield, Michigan. Mr. Rubin has tried a significant number of cases, both civil and criminal, throughout the United States and has frequently argued appellate matters before both state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Rubin is widely respected as both a trial and appellate attorney and is regularly hired by other law firms to try complex civil and criminal matters for their clients.
During the course of Mr. Rubin's career, he has handled a wide variety of matters, including complex trade secrets cases, intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, criminal tax cases, white collar criminal defense, corporate internal investigations, personal injury defense, zoning and liquor licensing disputes, and constitutional law matters, amongst others.
