Mr. Pioch, an associate with the firm, was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1978. Prior to joining us, Mr. Pioch was associated with the Detroit firms of Wolfmeier & Ottenwess, P.L.C. and Ottenwess, Malis & Moran, PLC.  In that capacity, Mr. Pioch routinely defended physicians, hospitals and insurance companies in complex, multi-party medical malpractice cases throughout mid-Michigan.  Mr. Pioch also represented a number of area companies in state and federal commercial litigation and administrative matters.  Mr. Pioch earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2000, and his J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Pioch served as an Associate Editor of the Wayne State Law Review. Mr. Pioch is a member of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and works primarily in the firm’s Southfield office.
