For many years, the lawyers of R|S have been at the forefront, nationally,  of representing the First Amendment rights of individuals and businesses. We have represented publishers in defamation matters, individuals in claims that their rights to speech and expression were being infringed by the government, and business, such as adult business, which claim that governmental regulations have hampered their ability to operate in a community. Our attorneys have handled cases across the country — fighting for First Amendment freedoms, from Alaska to Pennsylvania. Each of the Firm's lawyers is an active member of the First Amendment Lawyers Association ("FALA").
