Rubin Shulman is pleased to announce that Christina A. Daskas has joined the firm as a litigation associate in the firm's Southfield office. Ms. Daskas is a 1994 graduate of the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Daskas was an attorney in the litigation section at Ford Motor Company where she was responsible for defending and overseeing toxic tort and commercial litigation. Prior to working for Ford, Ms. Daskas worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for Wayne County, Michigan, an associate attorney in a mid-size law Chicago law firm where she handled commercial, employment, and general litigation matters, as well as insurance coverage matters. Prior to that, Ms. Daskas served as a Wayne County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Homicide, Trial, and Appellate division. Ms. Daskas has substantial trial experience having tried hundreds of cases to conclusion, as well as substantial e-discovery experience, including advising large companies in matters involving electronic discovery.  Ms. Daskas is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Michigan and Illinois.
